Philip J. Ripani
Profile : Phil Ripani is a partner in the Labor and Employment Group. Mr. Ripani represents employers in labor and employment matters regarding employee benefits, immigration, employment discrimination, employee misconduct, collective bargaining and contract disputes, and other general employment issues. He helps company management with additional labor issues, including union prevention, hiring, discipline and retention of employees, wage and hour, and plant closing issues. He also aids businesses with the immigration issues surrounding transferring employees internationally and obtaining visa status for foreign employees. He has helped companies, foreign workers and their families to obtain or extend appropriate temporary and immigrant status visas, including H-visas, student visas and permanent residence visa status. Mr. Ripani has been a practicing attorney since 1976. He is licensed to practice law in Colorado and Indiana.
