Mr. Philip Serlin, is a 40-year veteran in the meat industry with vast in processing and distribution.
Our highest volume product is the hamburger. Mr. Serlin supervises the output of this item, as well as general ground beef production by attending to the purchasing of the raw product; formulation of the hamburger patty; purchasing of hamburger formation equipment; production; temperature controlled storage; packaging; and physical plant design. In light of the country's current trend towards leaner meats, he also formulated our signature turkey and chicken burgers.
Mr. Serlin is certification through his completion of HACCP training coursework. This additional experience affords the company insight to the sought-after operating trends suggested by the USDA. |
