Prior to joining Corbett Accel Healthcare Group, Broich worked as a consultant for IBM's Business Consulting Services Practice, handling organizational change strategy in the areas of communication, media, and entertainment.
Broich has extensive experience in the agency environment most recently holding the position of Senior Vice President, Director of Operations and Organizational Development at J. Brown & Associates, a subsidiary of Grey Advertising. There, she designed and implemented programs that aligned the agency to improve business results. Additionally, Broich was instrumental in executing the agency's vision and strategy as a part of its executive team. While at J. Brown & Associates, Broich led the agency's training initiatives and technology, managed project plans and ensured the structures and resources for organizational effectiveness.
Prior to J. Brown & Associates, Broich worked for Tatham Euro RSCG as a Broadcast Business Supervisor managing production estimates, bids, talent payments, and music contracts. She also served as the liaison for international production with global sister agencies. At Darcy Masius Benton & Bowles, Broich coordinated all aspects of broadcast production as the agency's Senior Production Coordinator.
A graduate of Western Illinois University in Macomb, Broich earned her bachelor of arts with a double major in mass communications and theater. She holds a master of fine arts degree from the California Institute of the Arts in Valencia, Calif. and a master of science in organizational development from Loyola University in Chicago. |
