Under Phil Terry's direction, Creative Good's consulting practice has earned a reputation for combining deep understanding of customer experience with a relentless focus on client financial results. As a result, companies across a wide range of industries - retail, media, technology, business services, pharmaceuticals, and others - have sought Creative Good's advice.
In addition, Phil founded and runs Creative Good's leadership network - The Councils. The Councils bring more than 350 senior executives together to help build better, more customer-centric businesses. Phil has brought his insights to many industry events, delivering over 150 keynotes and featured presentations (see more on Phil's speaking below). In addition, Phil has been quoted and profiled in a wide range of publications, from the Wall Street Journal to the New York Times.
Phil was selected as a member of the Fast Company 100 - 100 executives who will shape the 21st century - while AdWeek selected Creative Good as one of the most important new firms for the 21st century, and Consulting Magazine put Phil on the cover profiling Creative Good as a key upstart player.
At Creative Good since early 1999, Phil joined the firm from McKinsey & Co. Earning his MBA from the Harvard Business School, Phil was a Kauffman Fellow and graduated with academic honors and the Dean's Award.
Phil is a member of the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO), the Harvard Business School Fellowship Committee, and the Board of Trustees of Prospect Park. He is an active philanthropist with a range of other organizations, including the national inner-city youth program, the All Stars Project.
