Since 1993, when Phil established the services division at Ryzex, Phil has asserted his leadership as a visionary in repair and customer responsiveness. Under his direction, Ryzex Repair has grown 30% each year, expanding from one US location to four with two locations in the United States, one in Canada and one in the UK. Today, in his role as Senior Vice President, his goal is to integrate operations and repair into one efficient, global process.
Before coming to Ryzex, Phil ran the corporate repair facility for Symbol Technologies in California. There, he also held positions as a Final Assembly Supervisor and Master Scheduler.
He holds a B.A. in Business Administration, with a minor in Business Management, from Sierra University. He is certified in Sales Management by the Dale Carnegie Institute, and has spent two years in team-building and people training skills with Dr. Ken Siegel. Phil also volunteers with the Arthritis Foundation. |
