As Chief Financial Officer, Phil Cifarelli oversees and manages Exeter Group's financial initiatives and assists with strategic decisions regarding corporate development and expansion. A seasoned 15-year executive, Phil brings substantial financial experience to his position.
Most recently, Phil served as Chief Fiscal Officer for the prestigious Skidmore College where he was responsible for overall financial reporting. Phil also played a key role in all significant business policy issues and administrative computing infrastructure issues.
Prior to Skidmore, Phil worked as a senior accountant at KPMG, responsible for independent financial statements and compliance audits of commercial, not-for-profit, and government entities.
Phil graduated magna cum laude from Utica College of Syracuse University and is a certified public accountant.
