Phil A. Beck, Vice President & General Manager, CDT, joined in October 2006 and is responsible for engineering and custom manufacturing. He has 22 years of manufacturing management experience with both large and small organizations in medical device, electronics and high speed automation industries. Mr. Beck has lead several companies to significant growth by focusing on improving key performance metrics (i.e. quality and on-time delivery) and customer satisfaction. He has championed the implementation of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma as a way of doing business. He is an expert in supply chain management and business process re-engineering. Mr. Beck is a graduate of Mankato State University where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Finance & Accounting. |
