Description of Practice:
Peter Roth is a partner in the firm's Century City office. His general real estate practice focuses on the development, leasing and ongoing management of office, retail, industrial and mixed-use projects throughout California. Mr. Roth's clients include highly sophisticated institutional investors and entrepreneurial individuals and entities. In addition to his expertise with regard to commercial lease transactions, Mr. Roth also has extensive expertise in the negotiation and documentation of all types of real estate transactions, including purchase and sale transactions, sale-leaseback transactions, bondable leases, development agreements, covenants and other agreements relating to ongoing uses of real property. Mr. Roth also has significant experience regarding the development, renovation and management of stadiums for professional sports franchises and theatres for live stage productions and for the projection of film.
Mr. Roth is a member of the State Bar of California.
Educational History:
Mr. Roth received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Classical Studies from Duke University in 1990, where he graduated cum laude and with honors in Economics. He received his Juris Doctor from Duke University in 1993, where he was a senior editor for the Alaska Law Review. |
