Peter Offermann has had a 40-year career in service-based industries and has a broad background in finance, management and sales. He served as Chairman and CEO of ATC Group Services, Inc. a nationwide, 1,800-employee environmental consulting firm. Prior to that, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of TLC Beatrice International Holdings, Inc. a $2 billion, privately held, international food company. TLC Beatrice’s principal operations were in Europe and included branded products, wholesale distribution and food retail. The bulk of Peter’s career has been spent in the financial services sector doing commercial banking, investment banking and providing financial advice. He was with Bankers Trust Company and is currently with HT Capital Advisors LLC in New York City, a financial advisory firm. He is a graduate of Rutgers University and has attended the New York University Graduate School of Business. |
