Mr. Mayer has more than 15 years of human resources experience as a corporate executive responsible for Human Resources and Organizational Development at DaimlerChrysler's Mercedes Benz division. In addition to his hands-on experience spearheading and implementing large scale organizational development and change management programs he developed many management training and executive coaching programs during a period characterized by rapid change and globalization at this company. In addition to his engagements with T. H. Bender & Partners he continues to be frequently engaged by companies such as Mercer Management Consulting, Deutsche Telekom, Siemens and Bosch.
Mr. Mayer gradated summa cum laude as Diplom Wirtschafts-Ingenieur (German equivalent of a combined Masters' degree in Business and Engineering) from the University of Karlsruhe. His post-graduate education was at the American Institute of 'The Art of Chance' and the ‘German Institut fuer Systemische Beratung'. He also teaches at the University (FH) of Esslingen and the University of Linz. |
