Mr. Lee joined Catalyst’s management team in July 2004 as its general counsel and corporate secretary. He is responsible for all employment, contract, regulatory, tax, real estate, intellectual property and other legal issues facing Catalyst. He also served on Catalyst’s board of directors from December 2000 until February 2005. Before joining Catalyst, Mr. Lee practiced law with the Washington D.C. law firm of Wilmer Cutler Pickering LLP, where his general corporate and transactional practice represented domestic and international corporations in a variety of commercial transactions. Following his graduation from law school, he clerked for the Honorable Jon McCalla of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee. Mr. Lee is a member of the Bars of Maryland and the District of Columbia.Mr. Lee has a J.D. from Duke University Law School and a B.A. in Economics from Colgate University. |
