Mr. Gross worked for nine years in different management positions for BASF Group in Germany, Russia, and Brazil. He has sound experience in leading business operations in emerging markets and a proven track record in B2B sales and project management. In his latest position, Mr. Gross led two chemical business units with P&L responsibility for South America. He was directly responsible for BASF’s ethanol diesel activities in Brazil and has worked closely with Brazilian governmental and regulatory agencies, the petrochemical industry, and leading fuel distribution companies.
Mr. Gross is a Brazilian and German national, speaks four languages, and holds a BS degree in business administration.
