Peter Ginn is Regional Manager of First Industrial Realty Trust’s Milwaukee region. His duties include the coordination and implementation of acquisitions dispositions developments build-to-suits asset management and lease negotiations for the Company’s Milwaukee region portfolio. Mr. Ginn joined First Industrial in 2003 and was previously marketing representative for Inland Companies where he brokered transactions totaling over 600 000 square feet with a transaction value of $12 million. His clients at Inland included GE Asset Management Opus North as well as a number of private investors. Prior to that he was vice president of Tramell Crow Company where he brokered transactions totaling 1.9 million square feet with a transaction value of $43 million. Earlier in his career he held property management positions at Fidinam (USA) Inc. and Heitman Properties. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from St. Ambrose College and is a licensed real estate salesperson. |
