Mr. Gillin has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Tahera Diamond Corporation a diamond exploration and development company since October 2003. Since 2004 Mr. Gillin has been a member of the Independent Review Committee of TD Asset Management Inc. and since December 2005 a director of Trillium Health Care Products Inc. From November 2002 to May 2003 Mr. Gillin was President and Chief Executive Officer of Zemex Corporation an industrial minerals corporation. From 1996 to 2002 Mr. Gillin was Vice Chairman and a director of N.M. Rothschild & Sons Canada Limited an investment bank and from 2001 to 2002 was Acting Chief Executive Officer of N.M. Rothschild & Sons Canada Limited. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst. |
