Major General Gartenburg (Canadian Air Force - retired) is the Vice President of Ottawa Operations for L-3 Communications and is responsible for helping L-3 divisions successfully conduct business in Canada. He is the main contact with military and government officials in Canada on behalf of the corporation. Before joining L-3, he held an executive position at General Dynamics Canada. Major General Gartenburg served for 33 years in the Canadian Air Force as an aerospace engineer, flight test specialist and logistician. He held a number of command and staff appointments with his final tour as the Assistant Chief of Air Staff. Major General Gartenburg is a graduate of the Royal Military College of Canada and the Canadian Forces Command and Staff College. He holds Bachelors and Masters degrees in Engineering (RMC and University of Toronto) as well as an MBA from Queen’s University. Major General Gartenburg is located in the Ottawa, Canada office of L-3 Communications. |
