Peter joins us with the merging of Jackrabbit, his own successful Seattle catering company for the past decade, into the Organic To Go family. Peter is a classically trained chef and has been in the food and hospitality business for almost 20 years and is managing our ever-growing kitchen operations. His team building and operations skills are oh so important for happy sandwich making an essential ingredient for making happy customers!
