Peter Beaudrault is President and CEO of Sbarro, where he oversees all aspects of this worldwide $600 million company. The company operates more than 1,000 restaurants across 30 countries. Before his appointment to President and CEO in early 2005, Beaudrault was hired in 2004 to serve as President of the company's quick service division. During his short time at Sbarro, he has successfully led a complete reorganization of the company's management, field and franchise operations.
Previously, Beaudrault served as President and CEO of Hard Rock Cafe International, where he was responsible for all aspects of the worldwide company, with more than 130 branded venues across 40 countries. During his nine-year tenure at Hard Rock, he successfully formulated and executed a five-year strategic plan that resulted in the most significant sales and earnings growth in the company's 32-year history. Over a span of four years, he opened 62 cafes across the globe and developed and created brand extensions to include hotels, casinos, live music venues, nationally syndicated radio/TV show, record label and the Hard Rock Vault and Hard Rock Academy. Previously, he served as Chief Operating Officer for Hard Rock, where he posted record profit earnings for three consecutive years and successfully executed a $500 million acquisition of three companies with 31 Hard Rock Cafes worldwide, seamlessly folding them into the company's existing portfolio. Beaudrault joined Hard Rock as Senior Vice President of worldwide operations in 1995.
Prior to Hard Rock, Beaudrault served as Executive Vice President at Ground Round Inc., achieving record sales and earnings in 1994 and 1995 for the 26-year-old concept. Previously, he held executive positions at TGI Friday's Inc. and Hard Rock Cafe New York and Tokyo.
Beaudrault graduated from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, N.Y. with a bachelor's degree in business administration. |
