Peter Ferris is President Charter Medical Ltd. Mr. Ferris comes to Lydall with over 20 years of business experience. Most recently he was Vice President of Strategic Marketing for Tyco International Ltd. While at Tyco he held senior positions in Global Marketing at Tyco’s undersea fiber optics business as well as leadership positions in Corporate Marketing at Tyco International’s corporate office in New York.
Prior to joining Tyco Mr. Ferris spent nine years with the Dexter Corporation a specialty materials company based in Connecticut. At Dexter he started in the CEO’s management development program which led to a series of progressive management positions in Marketing and Research and Development at Dexter’s Food Packaging Automotive and Magnetic Materials businesses. His last position with Dexter was Vice President/General Manager of the Polymer Systems business.
Shortly after graduation from college Mr. Ferris founded a premium perishable manufacturing and distribution business which he successfully ran for nine years. He holds a B.S. degree in Economics and Finance from Southern New Hampshire University. |
