Prior to joining BlackRock Kelso Capital, Mr. Macdonald spent eleven years as a Managing Director with Windward Capital Partners, a middle-market private equity firm based in New York. He was actively involved in sourcing, executing and managing leverage buyout and growth equity investments, including serving on the board of directors of eight Windward portfolio companies.
Mr. Macdonald was previously a Vice President in the mergers and acquisitions group at Credit Suisse First Boston where his responsibilities included advising public and private companies on acquisitions, mergers, divestitures and restructurings.
Mr. Macdonald received a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He currently serves on the board of directors of Charter Brokerage Holdings, LLC. |
