Peter P. Copses became a member of the board of directors in February 2006 upon the consummation of the Merger. Mr. Copses became a founding senior partner at Apollo Management, L.P., one of the Sponsors, in 1990. Mr. Copses is also a director of Rent-A-Center, Inc. and GNC. Mr. Copses received his Master of Business Administration degree from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business and his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto.
