Mr. Korneffel is a Shareholder in Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck’s Litigation Group. He has a broad range of expertise in complex cases focusing on contractual, economic tort, product liability, telecommunication and intellectual property disputes. Mr. Korneffel is also the co-chair of the firm's Intellectual Property Litigation Group. Mr. Korneffel has successfully tried cases to juries and judges in both federal and state courts across the country. He has won significant verdicts in telecommunication, real estate, contract and corporate disputes. He has also successfully argued appeals before the Colorado Court of Appeals involving novel issues of Colorado statutory and tried arbitrations between large telecommunications companies. Mr. Korneffel has been involved in significant telecommunications, antitrust, patent, unfair trade practices, banking, mortgage fraud and environmental litigation involving technology, engineering and banking companies. |
