Peter Roman joined the company in April of 2005 and has served as the Vice President/Controller and most recently as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to LHC Group Mr. Roman served as the Chief Financial Officer for VLP Corporate Services. From 1997 to 2004 he served as the Chief Financial Officer for Unifab International Inc. a publicly-traded oilfield fabrication services company located in Southwest Louisiana. Mr. Roman also served as a Certified Public Accountant for 13 years with Ernst & Young in their New Orleans location. He is a member of the Society of Louisiana Certified Public Accountants and received a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Louisiana State University. |
