Peter was the Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Proxima. Prior to joining Proxima, he served in senior financial positions with Serologicals Corporation, a publicly traded global provider of biological products, the last two years as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer. During his tenure, Serologicals completed a public equity financing, a $75 million syndicated credit facility and a number of acquisitions. He previously served as Vice President of Administration and Controller of ValueMark Healthcare Systems, Inc., a private chain of psychiatric hospitals, and in various senior financial positions at Hallmark Healthcare Corporation, a publicly traded hospital management company, most recently as Treasurer. Peter earned a Bachelor of Science with Special Attainments in Commerce from Washington and Lee University. |
