Peter Mullin founded Senior Living Residences, LLC with his business partner, Robert Larkin, in 1990. He offers Senior Living Residenceís clients expertise in financial forecasting, planning and asset management, as well as project valuation and funding for mixed-income developments. Mr. Mullin is recognized as an expert in the development and operation of affordable assisted living projects and has spoken nationally on the critical aspects of this type of development. Mr. Mullin developed and oversees SLRís financial management and reporting systems for the companyís owned and managed independent and assisted living communities. Mr. Mullin is a founding member of the Massachusetts Assisted Living Facilities Association (Mass-ALFA) and has served in numerous leadership roles within the organization, including Chair of the Board of Directors. Mr. Mullin is particularly proud of his and Mr. Larkinís leadership in working with Mass-ALFA and Massachusetts state government to spearhead initiatives for the expansion of Medicaid funded assisted living programs and the implementation of a new SSI category targeted at low-income seniors in need of services. Prior to launching Senior Living Residences, Mr. Mullin served as Chief Financial Officer for a long-term care facility in Boston and as a project planning and budget control manager for a Boston architectural firm. He has a degree in Management Information Systems from Boston University. |
