Mr. Meredith has been a director of Entrée Gold Inc. since November 24, 2004. He was nominated by Ivanhoe Mines Ltd. as its representative on the Applicant’s Board, as per the terms of an Equity Participation and Earn-in Agreement effective November 9, 2004, between the Applicant and Ivanhoe Mines Ltd.
Mr. Meredith currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of Ivanhoe Capital Corporation and Chief Financial Officer of Ivanhoe Mines Ltd. (together, Ivanhoe), as well as a director of Ivanhoe Mines Ltd., Asia Gold Corp., Jinshan Gold Mines Inc., Olympus Pacific Minerals Inc., and Great Canadian Gaming Corporation. Prior to joining Ivanhoe, Mr. Meredith, a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant, was a partner and director of Deloitte & Touche, one of the largest accounting and management consulting firms in the world. Mr. Meredith has over 35 years of experience as a business advisor, specializing in regulatory compliance and corporate finance. He is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants. |
