Peter G. Leemputte was named Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in August 2003. Mr. Leemputte joined Brunswick Corporation in January 2001 as Vice President and Controller. He is also a member of the Board of Directors for Beazer Homes USA, Inc.
Prior to joining Brunswick, Mr. Leemputte was with Chicago Title Corporation, a leading publicly traded national service provider offering residential and commercial title insurance, as its Executive Vice President and Chief Financial and Administrative Officer.
Before joining Chicago Title Corporation in 1998, Mr. Leemputte was a Vice President with Mercer Management Consulting in Chicago, where he was a partner in the firm’s global practice covering strategy and operational studies within process industries. His career also included domestic and international financial assignments with Armco Inc., FMC Corporation and BP Amoco. He also served as a product development engineer with Procter & Gamble Company.
Mr. Leemputte holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. He received a bachelor of science degree in chemical engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, Mo. |
