Peter Koffler’s extensive transactional real estate experience covers all areas of sophisticated commercial real estate, including acquisitions, sales, financing, leasing and development of a wide variety of assets, including office buildings, hotels, retail complexes and multifamily residential buildings. Mr. Koffler’s works extensively with complex multi-tier joint venture structures, and he regularly represents a wide range of both domestic and foreign commercial developers, investors, funds and financial institutions.
Mr. Koffler is also a member of Stroock’s Energy and Project Finance Group, serving as the lead real estate attorney on all power plant, energy and related transactions. In addition, Mr. Koffler leads the firm’s Brownfields division of the Environmental Group, representing private developers, municipalities and public authorities with regard to brownfields redevelopment.
