Mr. Peter Maricondo was elected to Unity's Board of Directors on July 27th, 2004. Mr. Maricondo previously was the Acting CEO of NJ Schools Construction Corp, the Vice President and Corporate Controller at NUI Corp. in Bedminster, New Jersey and the Vice President/Controller and Chief Accounting Officer at GPU Inc. Mr. Maricondo holds an MBA degree in Accounting from Seton Hall University and is a Certified Public Accountant. |
