Dr. Aldrich joined Scripps Clinic in 1993 and is currently the Vice President of Medical Services at Regional Sites. He previously practiced in the Division of Internal Medicine and was also Medical Director of Scripps Clinic San Diego.
Dr. Aldrich completed his residency in internal medicine at Northwestern University Medical School and was Chief Resident. He earned his Ph.D. in chemistry from the University of Illinois.
Prior to medical school, Dr. Aldrich was involved in polymer research and led a research group at Dow Chemical Company in Midland, Michigan. He is now involved in clinical research with a grant to study the use of bupropion for smoking cessation. |
