Peter C. Davis is executive vice president for Global Strategy at The McGraw-Hill Companies. He works closely with the Corporation's senior management team to build global business opportunities and strengthen its presence in existing markets. In addition, Peter focuses on developing partnerships and new business opportunities for The McGraw-Hill Companies' Education, Financial Services and Information & Media businesses.
Peter joined The McGraw-Hill Companies in October 2006 from Novantas LLC, a management consulting firm, where he was a managing director. As a senior partner at Novantas, he oversaw the firm's high-level relationships in the banking and brokerage industries and engineered the firm's expansion.
Prior to his tenure at Novantas, Peter was a partner at Booz Allen Hamilton, where he led global client relationship development and delivery for the banking, brokerage and asset management segments. He also served as a director at Merrill Lynch Investment Banking, where he managed the development of client relationships and mergers and acquisitions.
Peter holds a bachelor's degree from Rutgers College in New Brunswick, NJ, where he was a Henry Rutgers Scholar, and earned his master's degree in business administration from the Johnson School of Management at Cornell University. |
