Pete Price leads Pure Networks' capital raising efforts, financial operations and planning and human resources. He most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer at TeleSym, Inc. and PacketVideo Corporation where he was instrumental in developing and implementing the company's organizational structure and financial strategy in addition to building an international financial, facility and management information system infrastructure. Prior to joining PacketVideo, Pete served as Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer at Packet Engines, Inc. where he led the financial and legal teams in connection with the company's acquisition by Alcatel for $315 million. Pete also previously served as North American controller at Microsoft Corporation and was a senior audit manager at Ernst & Young LLP. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting from the University of Montana and an MBA from the University of Oregon. He is a certified public accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. |
