Pete Perrone is a managing director in Goldman, Sachs & Co.'s Principal Investment Area, where, since 2000, he has focused on technology infrastructure, including the computing, communications, storage, and semiconductor sectors. Prior to that, Pete worked in the High Technology Group at Goldman, Sachs & Co., where he started as an associate in 1999. Before joining Goldman Sachs, Pete held positions in engineering and finance with Westinghouse Electric and Applied Synergistics, a startup servicing the power industry. He also currently serves on the board of directors of Alltel, Limelight Networks, Teneros, Tervela, Woven Systems, and Veoh Networks. Pete received a BSEE from Duke University, an MSEE from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Sloan School of Management. |
