Pete Norton is Treasurer of the Sanford Rose Associates Owner's Association and President of Sanford Rose Associates - Annapolis, specializing in senior level openings within the Specialty Chemical and formulated products industry. He has over 30 years of general management, technical sales, marketing and customer service management in the petroleum, petrochemical, adhesives and laminated products industries and has held senior management positions with multinational and privately held companies in North America and Europe.

After obtaining his engineering degree from Virginia Military Institute and doing MBA graduate studies at the University of Akron, Pete served as a Battery Commander of a Nike Hercules missile unit. He then joined Exxon working in Sales, Marketing and Operational Management positions for their industrial, retail and specialty chemical businesses. Pete later moved to Bostik Findley, a division of TotalFinaElf and worked in Sales Management, New Business Development and General Management. Additionally, he has had experience with start-up businesses, turnaround operations, Quality Management, ISO 9002 and the development of highly customer focused business culture and work environments.
