Pete joined The Angus Group in 1990, and he specializes in accounting, financial services, banking, and general management searches. His earlier career was in Human Resources as a Vice President of a start-up warehouse club and had human resource assignments in manufacturing and wholesale distribution. Pete’s education includes an M.B.A. and he is a C.P.C., Certified Personnel Consultant.

In Cincinnati he participates in Leadership Cincinnati, has served as a Trustee of the Greater Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce, chaired both the small business Breakfast Forum and Education and Development Committees and served several other Chamber programs such as Introducing Cincinnati. Other community activities include serving as a Director of two charter schools Alliance and Orion Academies, Trustee of the Hillside Trust, and Trustee of the Mount Adams Civic Association.

In business Pete is an elected member of the Pinnacle Society, which recognizes top search industry members, and he serves as a Director of The National Banking and Financial Services Network.

He and his wife Kathy, who has a successful banking career, live in Mt. Adams and their leisure time is spent with their grown sons and family, traveling, and boating on the Ohio River. Back to Recruiting Specialists
