Peng Zhao has been with LOPEZGARCIA GROUP for five years. Peng was the firm's Project Manager for the master plan phase of the Dallas Center for the Performing Arts (DCPA) project and was selected to continue as Project Manager for the final site civil design for the DCPA. He also manages various transit (light rail, rapid bus, commuter rail) and municipal design projects.Peng received his Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology and his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the South China Institute of Technology. He recently completed a one-year term on the City of Carrollton's Capital Improvement Advisory Board. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the North Texas Chinese Engineers and Architect's Association and is a past president of the organization. |
