Penelope Glover is an associate in the San Diego office of Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo. Ms. Glover represents public and private sector employers in various aspects of employment law, including sexual harassment, employee misconduct, employment discrimination, and wrongful termination. In addition to advising employers on human resources issues, Ms. Glover regularly investigates sexual harassment, employee misconduct, retaliation, and discrimination claims. Ms. Glover conducts sexual harassment training for human resources professionals, supervisors, and employees and is a frequent contributor to the firm’s publications. While in law school, Ms. Glover was awarded the William O. DeSouchet Award for Best Individual Performance in Trial Advocacy and the Legal Aid Award. Ms. Glover also served as a Casenote & Comment Editor on Law Review. |
