M Pauliina Margolis has served as our Medical Director since January 2002 as well as Vice President of Scientific Affairs since June 2006. From January 2000 she worked with several start up, venture capital, and larger companies in the Silicon Valley, CA as a medical consultant or director. She has internal medicine specialty from University of Helsinki, Finland, PhD in cardiac physiology with post doctoral training in the University of Cincinnati on coronary ischemia, interventional cardiology training from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland, and Stanford Business School on Early Business Development. She has over 50 original scientific publications and has written several book chapters on cardiology. |
