Paula Varas oversees the design, development and testing of all Core Security products. She has over 15 years of experience applying best practices to software development projects, with a focus on process definition and improvement. Prior to joining Core, Varas led multiple high-profile initiatives for Motorola’s Software Group, where she received the Motorola Bravo Award for Customer Satisfaction. She previously was a project leader at Assist S.A., an Argentinean software development and consulting firm, where she worked with Banca Nazionale del Lavoro and other industry-leading clients. She has also held technical positions at Neuralsoft, Hewlett Packard and Nasa Computing. Varas graduated as a System Analyst from the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional in Argentina and is a PMI Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute of Pennsylvania. |
