Paula Milano is the co-founder and CEO of Ki Solutions, a leader in providing enterprise business solutions for mid-market companies. Her responsibilities include developing strategic relationships with tier one software providers and management of Ki Solutions, LLC - an SAP Certified Channel Partner.
In 1997, Paula Milano and Karen Mills founded Axion Solutions, Inc. in order to help companies manage and control their supply chain through rapid deployment, cost-effective implementation and integration with new and existing infrastructure. In 2005, Ki Solutions, LLC spun off of Axion Solutions, Inc. to offer SAP solutions for Enterprise Resource Management (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Business Intelligence (BI) and e-commerce.
Milano's leadership focus and 25 years of professional experience mirrors Ki Solutions' mission - to combine the strength of technological innovation with the insight of experience. Previously, she held various sales and executive positions at software and services companies such as DEC, Sybase and Oracle.
Familiar with corporate leadership, Milano is also a leader in the community and a strong proponent of opportunities for women. Active in professional and charitable organizations, she is a founding member of Women in Philanthropy and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Working Wardrobes - an organization helping women in crisis return to work - and as Chair of the Dean's Leadership Circle for the Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California, Irvine.
Milano's numerous awards include the National Association of Women Business Owners 2002 Remarkable Woman award and 2005 Outstanding Woman in Technology and Life Science from the American Electronics Association.
Milano graduated Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of California, Irvine. |
