Ms. Dehan’s is an associate in the Labor and Employment Department of Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP. She received her undergraduate degree in international affairs from Xavier University and her MBA from the University of Cincinnati. Ms. Dehan received her law degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law. She is a member of the Board of Directors of Family Service and the West End Health Center, and is a member of the firm's Professional Women's Resource Group (PWRG). Ms. Dehan represents a variety of public and private employers, ranging from large nationwide employers to small family-owned businesses. She is experienced in all facets of litigation, including jury trials. Ms. Dehan’s practice covers a broad range of labor and employment issues, including employment discrimination claims, wage and hour collective actions, wrongful discharge claims, ERISA benefit claims and family leave claims. Ms. Dehan’s years of experience prior to the practice of law as a human resources professional gives her unique and valuable insight into her clients’ day-to-day employee relations needs. She is frequently called upon to provide training for her clients, including sexual harassment prevention and Family and Medical Leave training. Ms. Dehan has been selected by Law and Politics magazine as an Ohio Super Lawyers Rising Star for 2007. |
