Paula Hilburn has practiced employment law and business immigration throughout her career with Ford & Harrison. Paula helped launch Ford & Harrison's immigration law practice in the mid-1990s. The firm now provides a broad range of immigration services to corporate clients, including consulting and advising on immigration compliance, visa procurement for foreign personnel, corporate relocations, I-9 compliance, and related issues. In the employment field, she advises clients on equal employment opportunity compliance and provides management training on all EEO matters, including discrimination, sexual harassment, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family & Medical Leave Act, and other federal and state statutes and regulations. Paula was a member of Phi Beta Kappa at the University of South Carolina. She is also AV® Peer Review Rated.
