Paul Sartori brings to clients of CHM Partners International, LLC over 25 years of senior-level executive leadership experience, primarily in the pharmaceutical and diagnostics industries. Since joining CHM as a partner, Paul has provided consulting services and has conducted executive searches for CEOs, presidents, COOs, Board members and VPs for as wide variety of clients in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, diagnostics, medical device and related life science companies, and for clients in the healthcare, professional and financial services and not-for-profit sectors. Prior to his career in executive search and management consulting, Paul served as a senior executive for global companies such as Novartis, CIBA, CIBA Corning Diagnostics, Corning and Covance and has been directly involved in determining the strategic and organizational direction of the businesses with which he has been associated. His experience includes marketing as well as Human Resources in consumer, technical products and healthcare. Paul has broad experience in managing organizational change, building executive teams, and selecting and developing executives. He has managed restructuring efforts, created joint ventures, established and managed subsidiaries, and instituted effective management processes. Paul has presented at numerous forums in the U.S., including a national conference for the Center for Creative Leadership, as well as conferences in Europe and Asia. He has been a guest lecturer at the business schools of Cornell, the University of Cape Town in South Africa, and the University of Virginia. Paul earned a B.A. in history, with honors, from Northeastern University; an M.A.T. in history; a Ph.D. in education; and an M.B.A. from the University of Virginia. In 2001, he was elected into the Raven Society, the University of Virginia’s oldest honorary society. He has been a member of the Advisory Council of the Center for Human Resources Strategy at Rutgers, and is now on the Strategic Planning and Centennial Committees of the Curry School of Education at the University of Virginia. |
