Paul Royal joined Algoma Steel Inc. in April 2004 as vice president commercial. Mr. Royal came to Algoma from Orion Bus Industries where he held a variety of positions over his seven years with that company including executive vice president, vice president corporate affairs and corporate counsel. Mr. Royal practiced commercial law with Stikeman Elliott prior to joining Orion. He has experience in commercial operations, business development and legal affairs and holds a bachelor of law from Dalhousie University and a masters of business administration from the Ivey School of Business. Mr. Royal is based at Algoma Steel’s Burlington office and is accountable for establishing and managing the commercial strategy for all existing and new products and services. |
