Paul Reagan is General Counsel and Corporate secretary of Harris Financial Corp. and Harris Bank. In addition, he is the U.S. General Counsel for Bank of Montreal Financial Group. In this role he is responsible for overseeing regulatory relations for U.S. enterprises in the Law and Anti-Money Laundering departments.
Prior to working at Harris Bank, Reagan was Managing Director and Counsel for the real estate finance group of Bankers Trust Company, New York, where he was also responsible for overseeing the legal activities of the SBIC and the loan workout department. Prior to that, he was an associate for the New York law firm of Dewey Ballantine.
Reagan is a member of the board of directors of the American Bankers Association’s Securities Association, a lecturer at professional seminars, continuing legal education programs and the Financial Services Roundtable.
He received his B.A. in History from Rutgers College in New Brunswick, New Jersey in 1969, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Notre Dame Law School in Notre Dame, Indiana, in 1973. During law school he was the articles editor for the Notre Dame Law Review. |
