Mr. Rathbone is a vice president in CRA’s Chemicals & Petroleum practice, and is based in the firm’s London office. He is a highly experienced consultant and corporate finance adviser with a wide range of skills in the energy, infrastructure, and utilities fields. His particular expertise spans the areas of acquisition and disposal strategy, privatization in both developed and developing economies, and transaction support, including due diligence and financing structures in regulated industries. Prior to joining CRA, Mr. Rathbone had a twenty-year career in consulting and advisory roles, including seven years as a partner with Arthur Andersen. He is a chartered accountant and is also fluent in German. |
