Paul Raffaeli, BS is the Vice President of Operations at LHI. Mr. Raffaeli's experience includes more than 20 years in business management positions as well as 30 years in the active Army and Army Reserve. Paul brings extensive experience with healthcare operations: including, call center management; document management; claims processing; physician contract management and logistics. He worked with large operations serving the Department of Defense, Medicare and most recently Medicaid and State Children's Health Insurance Program (SCHIP).
In his new role, Paul will oversee LHI's operations departments: Customer Service, Supply Support Technology, Data Management, and Provider Management.
Mr. Raffaeli retired as a Senior Colonel from the Army Reserve in 2006 with over 30 years active duty and reserve service. He received the Legion of Merit award as well as a Meritorious Service Medal with five oak leaf clusters. Mr. Raffaeli and his wife, Susan, will be relocating to La Crosse from Austin, Texas.
Mr. Raffaeli received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Nebraska at Kearney and attended the United States Army Command and General Staff College.
