His operations consulting experience consists of guiding hospitals and health systems through large-scale performance improvement initiatives. Paul manages hospital-wide engagements resulting in dramatic improvements in labor productivity supply chain management process improvement revenue enhancement and profitable service line growth.

Prior to joining Huron Paul was a Senior Vice President of Wellspring Partners now a Huron Consulting Group Practice. Previously Paul was a director in the healthcare consulting practice for PricewaterhouseCoopers. Before that he was a director at the Advisory Board and a project manager for West Hudson Inc.
