Mr. O'Rear has headed up Bridger's loan underwriting group since 2002. He has over 25 years experience in international and domestic real estate finance. His 18 years with Bank of America included loan originations, credit quality and portfolio management, distressed asset workouts, OREO property management/disposition and distribution of real estate capital markets products. Prior to joining Bridger in 2001, he spent six years heading up Bank of America's Asia Commercial Real Estate program with a $1.6 billion balance sheet and production teams in Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia. Among other notable transactions, he lead the BankÂ’s effort in securitizing and distributing bonds secured by a $1.03 billion landmark office/retail/shipping terminal complex on the Hong Kong waterfront. He graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 1978 with B.A. degrees in Business Economics and Environmental Sciences. |
