Paul Novell joined Leadis in September 2006 as our Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Prior to joining Leadis, Mr. Novell served as Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing for Staccato Communications, a privately held supplier of wireless communication IC's. From 1994 to 2006, Mr. Novell served in various engineering, marketing and sales positions for Cypress Semiconductor. Most recently, he held the position of Managing Director for Asia-Pacific Sales and operations at Cypress, where he was responsible for a team consisting of sales, marketing, design and operations personnel. Prior to his tenure at Cypress, Mr. Novell worked for IBM as a design engineer. Mr. Novell holds bachelor and masters degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida. |
