Paul Nedzbala leads the health research and informatics business unit in SRA's Global Health Sector. Nedzbala manages the day-to-day operations of the unit, which provides research, informatics, and information technology (IT) services to the U.S. public health sector arena.
Nedzbala joined SRA in the acquisition of Constella Group, LLC, in August 2007. He was the chief operating officer for the Constella health sciences business unit providing solutions in such areas as research, technology, and public health program development and support for U.S. domestic health agencies, including the National Institutes of Health, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Department of Education, and the Department of Defense health programs. He has over 20 years of federal contracting experience, which began with IT projects including developing state-of-the-art biosurveillance technologies, multi-functional Web applications, and various research-related technology infrastructures for a number of U.S. government agencies.
Nedzbala joined Constella in the 2001 acquisition of United Information Systems, an IT and health sciences company where he had served in various leadership roles, including vice president of IT services. Prior to joining Constella, he served as program manager for the Washington Consulting Group, where he led a team of software engineers in supporting IT initiatives for the National Institute of Mental Health.
